Steps you can practice at home:
Step 1- Basic: This step is the foundation of all steps. Make sure you are in the right posture, legs together, chest up, stomach in, knees relaxed and hands placed at the front facing down.
Step back with the right leg letting your body weight flow in the center; step with your left leg on the spot and come back to the center with your right (making your first 1,2,3); step forward with your left leg, step on the spot with the right and come back to the center with your left (making your second 1,2,3). Repeat this step several times till you get comfortable doing it, move your hips side to side.
