i have a fat belly, the rest of my body is o.k how can i get rid of the

Hello Neesha,

Thanks for your query. First of all let me clear this up with you. You cannot lose weight from one particular part of the body. When, you lose weight you lose it everywhere. However a program consisting of DIET and EXERCISE can help reduce abdominal fat.

So, step away from unnecessary fats in your diet. Because a low-fat diet is one of the most important dynamic in achieving solid abs!

Check out "fit Korner" on the site and you can try doing the abs exercise.

I enjoy your work outs in the mornings, but @ times I just can't keep up.

On my site at "Fit Korner" I have a CRUNCH section that, you could try for your abdominal. There are much more ways you can do your abs but, you could use that as a starter. I'm happy you try the programs in the morning....there is also a show with only..abdominal work/outs...hope you catch it when it's on.

i need to know if a slim person with large breasts can exercise to reduce their breasts size?

Hi Ana,

The breast is made of fatty tissues and will reduce size if you do body building. But, in your case, wanting an exercise program to reduce your breast size....is not possible.

I am a 35 year old woman and I have been trying to lose weight for some
time now.My current weight is 173lbs and my height is 5'3" I go to the gym
at least four times per week, I have also change my diet but it doesnot
seem to help. I need to know what I am doing wrong. I NEED SOME HELP!!!

Thank you for your query. According to my Health Fitness profile..you should be weighing between 119-152lbs. We both know, your diet is very important...I don't know, your eating pattern but I'm going to get you some help. Please call Audrie Allwood at 322-5579 or 924-5579 and speak with her. I think you need to cut on Carbs and have more protein in your diet. Refrain from eating foods high in Carbs after 6pm! as this puts the weight on faster than "ASAFA". So, you should have in your diet some protein shakes which are quite good in the evenings if you are still hungry. Give her a call today!

Which gym would you recommend that has a good programme, is genuinely
interested in individuals losing weight without paying for a personal
trainer?

Thanks for your query. I know, that Gymkhana (located at the Hilton Hotel) is good and you don't have to pay for Personal Training (Optional). On my site click on Gymkhana and check out their classes and what they offer. Another good choice is the St. Joseph's Gym (located at St. Joseph's Hospital) The equipment is great, it's very reasonable (pricewise) and you have a pro-shop too! check it out and let me know, how it goes!
